About Steven W. Renzetti, CGCS

Steven W. Renzetti, CGCS is President and Founder of Pinnacle Turf, Inc (Golf and Sports Turfgrass consultants). He earned his B.S. degree in turfgrass management from the University of Rhode Island, he was the superintendent for two “Top 100” golf courses, and has hosted numerous professional events.

As a consultant, Mr. Renzetti has served as the exclusive consulting agronomist for the LPGA tour, as well as for Sr. PGA Tour host clubs - an assignment that had him visiting every region of the country, and has advised some of the most recognizable golf courses & professional sports team facilities in the country.

With more than 25 years in the Golf & Sports Turf industry, Steve has been able to successfully combine his practical experience(s) with his long list of advisory assignments to create a unique company that can serve its clients in many capacities’ – that result in actionable recommendations with achievable results.

Recognized as an industry leader, Mr. Renzetti has earned environmental conservation awards, written countless articles, and has lectured regarding turfgrass maintenance and its many benefits to the environment.
